Overview
Cudy Dual Band AX1500 WiFi 6 Mesh Wi-Fi System M1500 2-Pack, 3 Gigabit Ports, Ethernet Backhaul, Up to 170 m² Coverage is designed for users who want wider and more stable home Wi-Fi coverage with modern Wi-Fi 6 performance. This mesh system combines dual-band AX1500 wireless speed, fast roaming support, and multiple gigabit Ethernet ports to help replace traditional single routers and older extenders with a more seamless whole-home network.
The M1500 2-Pack is suitable for households with streaming, gaming, and multiple connected devices, while also offering flexible deployment through wireless mesh or wired Ethernet backhaul.
Architecture & Technology
The Cudy M1500 uses Wi-Fi 6 technology and delivers combined dual-band speeds of up to 1201 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. It supports 1024-QAM, beamforming, and up to 80 MHz channel width, helping improve wireless efficiency and coverage quality across compatible devices.
The system supports several operating modes including Wi-Fi Router, Access Point, Range Extender, WISP, and Client mode, making it flexible for different home or small office networking scenarios. Cudy Mesh support is built in, along with guest network support for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
Display & Experience
For daily use, the M1500 focuses on a simple mesh networking experience rather than traditional router complexity. It supports fast roaming, multi-band simultaneous backhaul, parental controls, and management through the Cudy App with both cloud remote control and local control support.
This helps users maintain smoother device movement between mesh nodes, easier network management, and better control over connected devices and family internet access.
Design & Cooling
Each unit is designed for desktop installation and has a compact cylindrical form factor measuring approximately 110 × 154.5 mm. The hardware includes system LEDs and Ethernet port speed/link/activity indicators for simple visual status monitoring.
The design is intended for indoor use, with operating temperatures from 0°C to 40°C and non-condensing humidity support, making it practical for normal residential environments.

Memory & Performance
Inside each unit, the M1500 is built with a 1 GHz single-core CPU, 16 MB NOR flash, and 128 MB DDR3 memory. This hardware platform is designed to support everyday mesh networking tasks, stable wireless routing, and consistent connectivity for multiple users.
Cudy lists a maximum capacity of 128 connected devices and recommends an upper limit of 60 clients for practical use, making the system appropriate for modern homes with a growing number of connected devices.

Connectivity & Features
Each M1500 unit includes 3 Gigabit RJ45 ports, with 1 port functioning as WAN and the remaining ports serving as LAN. This setup allows flexible wired connections for desktops, switches, smart TVs, or Ethernet backhaul between mesh nodes.
For the 2-Pack version, Cudy lists indoor coverage reference at up to 170 m² (1800 sq ft) under wireless backhaul conditions. Additional hardware features include WPS and Reset buttons, DC power input, and package contents that include the M1500 unit, power adapter, Ethernet cable, and installation guide.
