- Inspection: Our team will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the conditions above.
- Refund / replacement: Once approved, we will process a refund or issue a replacement, depending on your request.
3.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs may be:
- Free if the return is due to our error (wrong item delivered, DOA item, damaged in transit).
- Paid by the customer for “change of mind” or “not needed anymore” returns.
4. Refunds
